Orders shipped from outside the UK may be subject to customs checks.

Delayed or Missing Orders

 

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.


If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with UK consumer law.

If an incorrect address is provided by the customer and the order cannot be delivered, we may be unable to offer a replacement or refund.
