Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

 

 

 


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under UK consumer law.


  • You may be entitled to a full refund within 30 days of delivery if the item is faulty.
  • After 30 days, we may offer a replacement or repair where appropriate.
  • In some cases, we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned.



Please contact us with your order number and, where possible, clear photos showing the issue so we can resolve the matter quickly.

 

Change of Mind – Online Orders

For online purchases, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are excluded from returns where legally permitted:


  • Personalised or custom-made items created specifically to your specification
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or use

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
